Relevant product requirements may be discussed with our team and factory contacts in China to evaluate your request. Information can therefore be processed in the United States, China, and locations used by our service providers. Let us know if your materials require a confidentiality agreement before factory review.

We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to handle the project and related business records.
